- Services
We provide window cleaning services to our clients. Our services are provided subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Payment
Payment for our services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Chime, and credit card payments. In the event of a returned check, a fee of $25 will be charged. Late payments will be subject to a late fee of 5% per month until paid in full.
- Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or we are unable to complete the service due to your unavailability, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
- Liability
We are not liable for any damage caused to your property as a result of our services, unless such damage is caused by our gross negligence. We are also not liable for any damage caused to our employees while they are on your property, unless such damage is caused by your gross negligence.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our company and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
- Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to use our website and our services after we post modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
- Governing Law
