Payment for our services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Chime, and credit card payments. In the event of a returned check, a fee of $25 will be charged. Late payments will be subject to a late fee of 5% per month until paid in full.
- Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or we are unable to complete the service due to your unavailability, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
- Liability
We are not liable for any damage caused to your property as a result of our services, unless such damage is caused by our gross negligence. We are also not liable for any damage caused to our employees while they are on your property, unless such damage is caused by your gross negligence.
